
Another food picture from my new favorite cook book. This was Asian Grilled Chicken with Plum Salsa.
Dusti and I made plum jam from the abundance of plums from her fruit tree just for this recipe. It was actually pretty yummy. I tweaked the recipe a bit because I didn't have all the ingredients but I like the way it came out and would make it again. The salsa was really refreshing and cool and crisp on the warm chicken. Okay, enough of the ridiculous 'food
networkese'. It was good.

yours looks yummy. i was just going to post about plums, the awesome cookbook you got me, and the plum chicken i made! (but apparently I got distracted with other people's blogs...ha ha!) ~D
