
I know, I know, I need to brach out and get beyond the food pictures. But as I said, I am in love with my new grill and this dinner was soooo awesome and sooo easy. We have been eating a lot of red potatoes. The kids love them and they take about 20 minutes to cook so I love that. This was a flank steak recipe where you cut strips of flank steak and skewer it with cherry tomatoes and grill with this yummy, limey, kind of marinade. The side dish that went with the recipe was grilled corn, cherry tomatoes, avacado, red onion and feta cheese with some lime juice. It went great with the steak and was so refreshing and clean tasting I thought I was on an episode of Top Chef with the acid and hot and cold and describing of the food. I just love food. I know I need serious help.
