Project 365 - Day 1

I have committed to doing the Becky Higgins Creating Keepsakes Project 365 (found here: http://community.creatingkeepsakes.com/store/products/project_365_kit) and I am hoping to keep myself updated on the blog so I remember what to print and journal when the kit finally arrives in the mail. I hope there are others out there willing to join me on this journey. I really think it will be interesting and fun to look back at an entire year in photos, one day at a time. I want to capture ordinary things in our lives as well as the 'special days'

Here is day 1 - Messy drawer, Messy Life

It is my goal this year to 'clean up' my life. I am tired of living in a house full of clutter and have made a commitment to myself to take it one room at a time and get the clutter gone and keep up on the house cleaning. I don't know how long it will take me but I am determined to do it. I started January 1st by cleaning out the junk drawer in the kitchen. One down, ??? to go - do I even want to know how many more to go??!! Nah, just keep the positive attitude Cathy...
