So here is a stack of new clothes just sitting there waiting for me to feel better so I can wear them. I had a fabulous time shopping with Grandma Alma and Aunt Pam last week and to my utter shock and amazement I can now shop in the REGULAR SIZES. This is a huge thing for me and I still don't quite believe it but that is what fits now. The WW (weight watcher) thing is going so painfully slow for me - the thing that hurts me is I know if I fully committed and did the program 100% my results would be better but I seem to be fighting the emotional battle of my eating these days. I have lost about 15 pounds since I started this journey on June 1st and to me this little stack of new jeans and shirts is the brightest moment. Now if I can just feel better to wear them all would be right!
