Project 365 - Day 294

Grandma Alma, Aunt Pam and I went to see the musical Wicked in San Francisco. As an early birthday present I got to go away for a couple of days and my mom and dad took care of the kids. The show was so fantastic. It has been a long time since I have had a theatre fix and it really is a magical place. We went to 'The Cheesecake Factory' and shopping in the city. It was a great day!

He finally got turned around. Noah is loving seeing so many new things, including the DVD screen. The smile just couldn't be bigger.

This little girl is going through some changes. She is really testing the boundaries with me lately and talking a little too sassy for my tastes but then she can be such a little love and just wants her mommy. She just leaned over and laid down and wanted a story. How can I refuse that?

Project 365 - Day 291

Every month Nathan's cub scout den will have a "Go See It" where they do an activity or explore somewhere. This month they went to see a museum in Old Town Historic Roseville and took a walking tour. It was really neat to learn some things about this town we live in that we didn't know before. Nathan is loving being involved with cub scouts.

Tammy's Stuff

Just a few things for Tammy's Baby Shower. My mom and I have been working on favors and handmade things for her shower. We found these adorable 49er onsie invitations and the whole shower is going to have this theme. Thanks to my friend Annie for 'nugget' suggestion. I wrapped little 'nuggets of gold' in red paper and put them into little boxes with a football thank you tag, of course tied with ribbon.

A few burp cloths, all 49er themed colors and a taggie blanket with lots and lots of ribbon.

Working on some thank you notes, all sports themed American Crafts paper and ribbon.

Lots more to sew and make. So excited about this new baby.

Project 365 - Day 290

Boy, oh boy, his hair can get curly. He was a little sweaty after his nap and my mom got a little carried away running her hands through it making it stick up. But he really can get pretty curly and give Laura a run for her money in that department.

The Otters went to the pumpkin patch. I got to go on Nathan's field trip to the pumpkin patch and had a great time. Thanks mom for staying with Laura and Noah so I can indulge and be a part of the class.
